Register every team in its actual age group. Based on enrollment, the final schedule may place adjacent age groups—no more than one year apart—in the same balanced division.

When is the registration and payment deadline?
Team registration, player registration, and payment are due by 11:59 p.m. Central on September 17, 2026. A team is reserved only after the full $660 team fee has been paid.
When does the season begin?
League play begins Friday, September 18, 2026, at Crossbar Denton. Each team receives eight league matches followed by an end-of-season tournament.
Which age groups can register?
Teams and free agents register in their actual age group from U6 through U18. After registration closes, adjacent age groups no more than one year apart may be combined to create balanced final divisions.
How does team payment work?
The total team fee is $660, and referee fees are included. The fee is split across the roster: seven players pay about $95 each, and each family pays less when more players join. Families pay through private registration links, and the coach can cover any remaining balance from the team dashboard.
What if a player does not have a team?
Register the player as a $95 free agent. We will work to place the player with an appropriate team. If we cannot place the player, the full free-agent fee is refunded.
Can everyone see the teams or rosters?
No. Team and roster information is not public. A coach can see only teams connected to their verified phone account. Guardians see only the player invitation sent to them, and authorized league administrators can access all teams for registration support.
When will divisions and schedules be published?
Final divisions and schedules are created after registration so teams can be grouped by age and competitive level. Coaches will receive the final information directly.
Can a coach add players after creating a team?
Yes. Coaches can return to their private team dashboard to add players, send registration links, monitor payments, and pay the remaining team balance.
