Information collected
We collect coach and guardian contact information, player names and birthdays, team and division selections, consent records, payment status, message-delivery records, and operational audit history. Stripe processes card information; Championship Seven does not store complete card numbers.
Use
Information is used to administer registration, verify eligibility, collect fees, form divisions, communicate operational updates, place free agents, and operate the season safely.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate registration and payments, including Convex, Vercel, Stripe, Inngest, and Telnyx, or when legally required. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Children’s information
A parent or legal guardian must submit information for a youth player. Player information is not made public. Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion subject to records that must be retained for payment, insurance, safety, or legal purposes.
Retention and security
Access is limited according to operational role. Registration and financial records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for league operations, dispute resolution, accounting, insurance, and legal obligations.
