Scrimmage bookings
Scrimmages cost $50 per team, payable by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. Central. If no opponent is confirmed by Thursday at 9 a.m. Central, payment is automatically refunded to the original method unless the team chose training. Training keeps a one-hour field slot for $50 without a referee. You can change that choice while unmatched until Thursday’s deadline. You may cancel online in My bookings anytime before kickoff, including a training booking. Cancel before Wednesday midnight Central for a full refund of the amount paid. After that cutoff, your spot is released and your payment is forfeited. No refund is issued for a late cancellation. If your confirmed opponent withdraws and no replacement is confirmed, you may choose a full refund or practice before kickoff without a late-cancellation penalty, or wait for a replacement until Thursday at 9 a.m. Central. Your saved refund-or-training preference applies at that deadline. We text the coach when an opponent withdraws. Once a replacement is confirmed, the normal cancellation cutoff applies again. If the league cancels the scrimmage, the full payment is refunded. This scrimmage policy applies separately from season registration.
Free agents
The free-agent fee is $95. If Championship Seven cannot place the player, the fee is refunded automatically to the original payment method. When placement would cause the receiving team to exceed its $660 balance, the excess is refunded.
Teams
Verified guardian, coach, and offline payments apply toward one $660 team balance. Once a team is paid and reserved, payments are non-refundable unless Championship Seven cancels the division or approves an exception. Player substitutions may be permitted under league eligibility rules without changing the team fee.
League cancellation
If Championship Seven cancels a division before play begins, affected team payments will be refunded. Weather, rescheduling, forfeits, discipline, withdrawal, or a participant’s inability to attend do not automatically create a refund.
Timing
Approved card refunds are submitted to Stripe promptly. The financial institution controls when the credit appears.
